Goals rock, no matter their size

Inspired to rock?
In a typical coaching session, I ask clients a lot of questions to encourage deep reflection on their personal decision-making challenges.

Responses are insightful. Clients experience a flood of energy and enthusiasm when they begin to see new possibilities and options not previously considered about their challenges, choices and decisions.

Most become inspired through this process to create and lead lives that feel closer to their genuine selves—and gain clarity about what they want to experience and achieve. For some this is an epiphany; for others it is confirmation of what was already known deep down.

At the end of each session, clients come up with personal goals and the specific, realistic actions they need to achieve them.
It’s a great experience that clients undergo (and to witness first hand), when they finally capture the essence of what is needed to reach their goals.

Goals rock - why they matter
Setting goals and following through on them, has often energized and helped me focus my efforts towards what I want and need in my life.

Goals offer hope. They provide an opportunity to throw energy behind an idea – a vision, dream, aspiration or new purpose. Acting on our goals can shake us out of inertia and fuel the present with enthusiasm.

You rock – why you matter
If there is something that rocks you, set goals. We all need a bit of direction to get to new places.

The deliberate daily act of working on personal goals creates momentum and energy in life.  Focus on what matters to you and fulfill your goals by bringing your best to each day – your energy, enthusiasm and commitment.

Will keep you posted. And, please, keep me posted.
