Time to change things up
It's easy to find yourself in a rut of one kind or another. It could be too much routine, a dead-end job, or an impasse in a relationship. There isn't a one-size fits all approach to getting out Different ruts call for different responses. Sometimes the stakes are high and you feel a sense of urgency. Other times you need to sit and stew before you know what to do. Take some specific action to get out of the trap of your rut. Grab control. By following the basic guidelines below, you are sure to jump out of your rut:

I love the part about "go to a gallery"! But seriously, I love the part about exercising which leads to other healthy choices. Most importantly, I have to remind myself not to wallow. Thanks for the reminders!

Thanks for dropping by and glad that you had a few good reminders about how to get out of a rut and perhaps avoid a few. I took a look at your gorgeous paintings - and wish I could go to Venice!

How did I forget about being in Nature? It might not pull you out of a rut but it sure helps to soothe the jagged edges! Thanks Richard
